目的:研究相对湿度对蛇足石杉生理生化指标的影响。方法:设置不同相对湿度,测定蛇足石杉可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、多酚氧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性。结果:90%相对湿度条件比较适合蛇足石杉生长。结论:本试验结果可为蛇足石杉规范化种植(GAP)提供参考。
Objective: To study the effect of relative humidity on the physiological and biochemical indexes of Huperzia serrata. Methods: Different relative humidity was set up to determine the soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, polyphenol oxidase activity, peroxidase activity and catalase activity of Huperzia serrata. Results: The 90% relative humidity condition is suitable for the growth of Huperzia serrata. Conclusion: The results of this experiment can provide reference for standardized planting (GAP) of Huperzia serrata.
