楚雄供电局从管理及技术两个方面着手,抓制度建设、抓线损理论计算、抓统计与分析、抓电能计量自动化系统建设、抓线损“四分”管理、抓设备管理、抓电网规划布局和建设,不断提高线损规范化、精细化、科学化管理水平,有效推进了全局线损管理工作并取得成效。2009年上半年综合线损率为3.30%,预计全年综合线损率有望控制在3.30%以下。按照目前楚雄供电局平均电价0.403元/千瓦时计算,该局的综合线损率由2007年的3.59%下降到2009年的3.30%,可实现增效近300万元。
