傾斜軸六角篩构造如图1,是我校同学利用废料制成的。它的特点是結构簡单,全部机构只有机架和篩网两部分,用人力驅动。为了驅动輕便在支承上装有用废了的滾动軸承。六角篩的直径×长=600×1000公厘。所有构架都可以用木料来做。将所要过篩的新旧砂从篩子的一端連续加入,由一个人不断轉动篩子,需要过篩的砂子便可以篩出,废物从另一端排出。这种篩子經过实际使用,效果良好,生产率可达每小时10吨左右,需要两个人,一个人加料,一个人驅动,比手工篩砂效率可以提高好多倍。他們还做了一台六角錐形篩如图2,是用脚踏方法驅动曲軸使錐篩轉动。
The inclined shaft hexagonal sieve structure shown in Figure 1 is made by my schoolmates using waste materials. It is characterized by a simple structure, all bodies only two parts of the rack and the screen, driven by human power. In order to drive the light, a worn roller bearing is mounted on the support. Hexagon sieve diameter × length = 600 × 1000 mm. All structures can be made of wood. The new and old sand to be sieved is continuously added from one end of the sieve. One person continuously rotates the sieve. The sieved sand can be sieved out and the waste is discharged from the other end. This sieve has been used in practice, with good results. The productivity can reach about 10 tons per hour. It requires two people. One person adds material and one person drives it. The efficiency of hand sand screening can be improved many times. They also made a hexagonal cone screen as shown in Fig. 2. The crankshaft was driven by the pedal method to rotate the cone screen.
