既往胰岛细胞移植实验主要是用水囊引产3-6个月胎胰为材料,将其胎儿胰腺取出进行小组织块培养,使其在体外成活并分泌胰岛素,进而移入Ⅰ型糖尿病患者体内治疗。研究证明,经过移植的多数患者已明显的减少了外源性胰岛索的用量,甚至有些患者已停用外源性胰岛素,因此这项实验证明胰岛细胞移植治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病效果显著具有很大的潜力,但目前开展这项工作还存在着一个共同性的困难,即水囊引产胎胰的来源不足问题。目前国内大部分医院多采用雷弗诺尔药剂引产,以致标本短缺。我们于1986年4月份进行了以雷弗诺尔引产的胎儿做胰细胞体外培养实验工作。目前我们共做7例,用雷弗诺
