根据两物体间相对运动时的摩擦状态和磨损理论,结合某型液压升降装置出现的拉缸现象,对液缸产生拉缸的机理和过程进行分析,提出为缓解和避免装置的拉缸问题,在结构上采取的改进措施.通过对摩擦副材料和结构的改进,实现了金属与非金属的配合关系,降低了摩擦系数,同时也提高了运动副的导向性能和润滑性能,进而从根本上避免了冷焊结点和拉缸的产生.
