Developed countries use it to build technical barriers to maintain their competitive edge. The United States also makes use of technological superiority to pursue hegemonist strategies. China had suffered from the blockade and containment of Western technology. When China made some progress in technology, it was also distorted as the “China’s technology threat theory.” Facing the complicated situation of economic globalization, China needs to keep a sober mind and stick to the path of independent innovation.
