针对传统护栏在小半径曲线段安装困难以及防护能力不足的现状,研发了一种在小半径曲线路段安装方便的新型多功能型中央分隔带护栏。基于现行规范要求,建立了相应的显式有限元碰撞仿真模型,利用有限元分析软件进行了车辆与所研发多功能型护栏的非线性碰撞仿真计算,结果表明该结构护栏满足四级(SB级,防护能量≥280kJ)碰撞能量的防撞等级要求,各项碰撞安全性能指标均符合现行标准要求。在小半径曲线路段与应用于中央分隔带的传统波形梁和混凝土护栏进行了仿真对比分析,其在导向、缓冲、吸能功能上优于传统波形梁护栏和混凝土护栏。
In view of the difficulty of installation of traditional guardrail in the small radius curve section and the lack of protection capability, a new type of multifunctional center divider guardrail which is easy to install in the small radius curve section has been developed. Based on the requirements of current codes, a corresponding explicit finite element collision simulation model was established and the nonlinear collision simulation of the vehicle with the developed multi-purpose guardrail was carried out by using finite element analysis software. The results show that the guardrail meets the requirements of Class 4 , Protection of energy ≥ 280kJ) collision energy crash rating requirements, the crash safety performance indicators are in line with current standards. The simulation analysis of the traditional corrugated beam and concrete guardrail applied to the central divider zone in the section with small radius is compared with that of traditional guardrail and concrete guardrail.
