为了研究GDQ型滚动联轴器半联轴器的受力情况和影响规律,为其强度设计提供理论支持,采用ANSYS参数化设计语言对半联轴器进行参数化建模,分析了半联轴器的键槽分布角度、转速、连接台高度与径向尺寸及圆盘厚度等各参数对半联轴器应力的影响,并进行了灵敏度分析。分析结果表明,键槽的位置引起两凸台的受力不均衡;转速的升高引起整体的应力值有较大的升高,同时凸台连接处周围的应力值增加比其他地方增加幅度要大;连接台的高度越高,越能有效降低凸台的应力,连接台的径向尺寸对凸台的应力影响不大;增大连接台高度和圆盘的厚度有效地加强联轴器的整个刚度,变形减小,凸台的应力有所下降。
