烤瓷是口腔修复牙体缺损的一门新技术。它由合金作衬底、表面涂敷瓷釉烧结而成,可与自然齿媲美。 本文介绍研制的二种烤瓷合金(表示牌号为:GYM、GYW)测定了合金的热膨胀系数、硬度值;并对合金与瓷釉的结合特性、浸润性及界面金相特征、合金浓度进行了分析。合金的工艺性能优良,在与相应的瓷釉匹配下,特别适宜于制作多单位的烤瓷牙,目前已临床应用。
Porcelain is a new technique for oral restoration of dental defects. It is made of alloy substrate, coated with enamel surface sintering, comparable with the natural teeth. This article describes the development of two kinds of porcelain alloy (GYM, GYW) for the determination of the alloy thermal expansion coefficient, hardness; and alloy and enamel bonding characteristics, wettability and interface metallographic features, alloy concentrations were analyzed . Alloy excellent process performance, matching with the corresponding enamel, especially suitable for the production of multi-unit porcelain teeth, has been clinically used.
