党的十五届五中全会通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划的建议》,对我国在新世纪的新发展作出了战略部署,是进入全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的行动纲领。为深入学习贯彻《建议》精神,本刊组织了部分专家笔谈,现予刊发,供参考。发展是硬道理,这是我们必须始终坚持的一个战略思想。党的十五届五中全会通过的“十五”计划《建议》再一次明确强调“以发展为主题”,加快推进社会主义现代化建没。我们学习、贯彻《建议》,首先要认准这个主题,把握这个主题,紧紧围绕这个主题。
The “Proposal of the CPC Central Committee for Formulating the Tenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development” adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee has made strategic arrangements for the new development of our country in the new century, and has entered the strategic objective of building a well-off society in an all- Accelerate the program of action for the socialist modernization.
