新生儿硬肿症是新生儿常见病。特别是早产儿、未成熟儿发病率更高。是由多种原因引起的皮肤和皮下脂肪变硬及水肿的疾病。由寒冷损伤引起的称寒冷综合征。在我国寒冷的北方地区,此病尤为多见,如不及时治疗和控制常会并发休克,肺出血或DIC而死亡。可是到目前尚无有效的疗法。1989年以来,我们用中药煎液沐浴治疗新生儿硬肿症20例,治愈率达100％,现报道如下。 1 临床资料:①20例新生儿硬肿症患儿,来自住院患儿10例,家庭病房患儿10例。其中 Neonatal scleredema is a common neonatal disease.
