当前,公共关系的危机管理成为中国政府需要面对的一个紧迫的问题。电视传媒作为信息的载体,具有监测社会环境、协调社会关系等作用。电视传媒作为舆论的引导者,对政府在公共关系的危机管理中的作为可以起到重要的监督作用。但是在电视传媒的监督过程中仍然存在法律法规不完善、电视传媒缺乏应有的话语权、电视传媒追击时长有限等问题。政府应该针对这些问题做出积极对策,如健全法律法规,建立相应的公共性危机传播管理机构和信息系统,完善政府发言人制度等,同时电视传媒与公众也应积极配合,共同争取构建和谐稳定、可持续发展的社会。
