新课程自实施以来,“以学生发展为本”的基本理念给现行的基础教育带来了全新的机遇和挑战,学生的学习行为、教师的教学行为悄然发生着变化。许多教师在这个过程中迅速成长了,但也有一部分人或因操之过急,或因方法不当,出现了令人尴尬的教学局面,既不像传统教学中那样扎实地讲授基础,又没有落实新课程的精神实质。那么,如何提高新课程教学水平呢?笔者结合新课程理念并结合多年教学实践的探索,认为提高教学水平必须要处理好以下几个方面的问题。
