为了研究花椒在中药材防腐防虫方面的效果,试验以不同浓度的花椒处理培养基饲养果蝇,并观察统计了子代成蛹数、成蝇数、成蝇率,以及与寿命相关的3个指标和子代生长发育特征。结果表明:花椒浓度越高,对生殖力的影响越显著,而且一代比一代下降得明显;花椒浓度与寿命之间也呈现一定的剂量—效应关系,花椒浓度越高,与寿命相关的3个指标(半数死亡时间、平均寿命、最高寿命)降低越显著,而且这种影响也存在性别差异,对雌性的影响大于雄性;高浓度的花椒能使性别比提高,体长减少,飞翔率降低,对畸变率的影响差异不显著。说明花椒对果蝇有一定程度的毒害作用。
