24路调频高周报警系统开发是东方明珠发射台调频控制室改造项目中的一个重要组成部分。设计主要目的是解决新老调频监测系统更替期间的节目监测问题以及当主用智能报警系统日常维护或者不能正常工作时,为值班人员提供一种直观、快捷的调频播出质量判断的有效手段。本文在介绍该报警系统的设计背景后,主要针对如何利用现有资源、既经济又高效地自主开发出一套能够满足安全播出需求的多路报警系统进行全面阐述。
The development of the 24-channel FM high-frequency alarm system is an important part of the reconstruction project of the FM control room in the Pearl TV Station. The main purpose of the design is to solve the problem of program monitoring during the replacement of the old and the new FM monitoring systems and to provide an intuitive and quick FM broadcast quality judgment method for duty personnel when the main intelligent alarm system is in routine maintenance or not working properly. After introducing the design background of the alarm system, this paper focuses on how to make full use of existing resources to develop a set of multi-channel alarm system which can meet the demand of security broadcasting independently and economically and efficiently.
