研究了橄榄石、蛇纹石和铬铁矿与溶液中经常存在的钙镁离子和浮选药剂 (EDTA和油酸盐 )之间的物理和化学作用。对采集自Kukes矿山的单矿物样品进行了电泳迁移率测量和微量浮选试验。用采集自Kukes、Bulquiza和Rizo矿山的不同类型的铬铁矿矿石进行了验证试验。试验结果表明 ,在 pH 2 5和 5 5时有或没有EDTA存在时用油酸盐作捕收剂浮选预先脱泥的矿石 ,可从蛇纹石和橄榄石中浮选分离出铬铁矿。浮选精矿Cr2 O3品位为 5 0 %以上 ,其回收率超过65 %。
The physical and chemical interactions between olivine, serpentine and chromite and the calcium and magnesium ions and flotation reagents (EDTA and oleate), which are often found in solution, were investigated. Electrophoretic mobility measurements and micro flotation tests were performed on single mineral samples collected from the Kukes mine. Validation experiments were conducted with different types of chromite ore collected from the Kukes, Bulquiza and Rizo mines. The results show that flotation of pre-deslimed ores using oleate as collector in the presence or absence of EDTA at pH 2.5 and 5 5 can separate flotation of chromite from serpentine and olivine. Flotation concentrate Cr2 O3 grade of 50% or more, the recovery rate of more than 65%.
