为防止硫化矿石自燃,提高现有阻化剂的功效,制备一种以硫酸铝、碳酸氢钠、三氯化铁和植物水解蛋白为原料的化学泡沫阻化剂。首先采用4因素3水平的正交试验制备阻化剂。然后通过特性试验测量该阻化剂在不同配比条件下发泡量、黏度、表面张力以及在恒温恒湿条件下15天氧化增重率,探究阻化剂在不同配比条件下的发泡能力、附壁性能、渗透性能和实际阻化性。最后结果表明:硫酸铝、碳酸氢钠、三氯化铁和植物水解蛋白的质量分数分别为8.6%、4.3%、0.35%和0.26%时发泡性能最优;质量分数分别为11.5%、11.5%、0.31%和0.08%时渗透性能最优;质量分数分别为8.0%、12.0%、0.16%和0.16%时附壁性能和阻化性最优。
In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of sulphide ores and improve the efficacy of the existing inhibitors, a chemical foam inhibitor with aluminum sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, ferric chloride and plant hydrolyzed protein as raw materials is prepared. First, a 4-factor, 3-level orthogonal experiment was used to prepare a retarding agent. Then the foaming amount, viscosity, surface tension and the rate of 15 days oxidative weight gain of the retardant at different mixing conditions were measured by the characteristic test to find the foaming resistance of the retardant at different ratio Capability, Coanda Performance, Permeability and Actual Resistance. The results showed that the foaming properties of aluminum sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, ferric chloride and plant hydrolyzed protein were the best when the mass fraction was 8.6%, 4.3%, 0.35% and 0.26% respectively; the mass fraction were 11.5%, 11.5 %, 0.31% and 0.08%, respectively. When the mass fraction was 8.0%, 12.0%, 0.16% and 0.16% respectively, the adhesion and resistance were the best.
