随着职业技术院校招生规模的不断扩大,使得中职学生素质逐年下降,严重影响到中职教师课堂效率的提高,随之出现的一系列问题也困扰着中职学校教师。本文结合多年教学实际,从英语听说能力培养两方面入手,介绍了教学过程中应当遵循的的教学指导原则和采用的教学技能,希望能够对中职英语教师进行听说教学时提供一定帮助,同时提高学生英语综合素质,降低课堂教学问题出现的几率,使教学质量得到提高。
With the continuous expansion of the enrollment of vocational and technical colleges, the quality of secondary vocational school students declines year by year, seriously affecting the efficiency of secondary vocational teachers’ classrooms. A series of problems ensued which plague secondary vocational school teachers. Based on years of teaching practice, this article starts from two aspects of English listening and speaking ability cultivation, introduces the teaching guidelines and teaching skills that should be followed in the teaching process, and hopes to provide some help to English teachers in listening and speaking, At the same time improve the overall quality of students’ English, reduce the chance of classroom teaching problems, so that teaching quality is improved.
