压铸技术的出现,使铸造工艺发展到一个新阶段。铸件和成品的重量更趋接近,铸件飞边越来越小。自动压铸设备的发展,又使整个工艺过程基本上摆脱了繁重的手工劳动,但是,清理飞边仍然是最落后的一环。在手工清理飞边的过程中,振动噪音大、灰尘多,工作环境非常恶劣,再加上效率低、清理质量差,无法适应压铸机自动化生产的需要。因此,希望能早日实现自动化清理飞边的要求。一、铸件飞边的形成及其特性图1为飞边产生的原因
