竹炭是竹子经高温炭化后的产物。近年来,竹炭的作用正不断被神化,继竹炭纤维、竹炭填充物等应用之后,竹炭食品正悄然走进我们的生活,竹炭面包、竹炭面条、竹炭豆、竹炭酒等食物已经摆上了许多城市的超市货架。然而,卫生部的有关文件表明,竹炭未列入《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》,而未列入标准的非食品添加剂,其毒性程度未经过风险评估测试,有可能安全也有可能不安全。因此,市民选择这类食品时应慎重。
