中国(上海)自由贸易试验区是我国政府设立在上海的区域性自由贸易园区。上海自贸区于2013年8月22日经国务院正式批准设立,9月29日正式挂牌。金融改革,是整个上海自贸区建设的关键环节之一。上海自贸区与国内外其他自贸区最大的不同,也在于上海自贸区需要进行金融改革创新。今年9月份恰逢上海自贸区挂牌一周年。上海自贸区问世一年以来,其金融改革取到了哪些成果?遇到了哪些问题和挑战?今后需要在哪些方面深化探索着力推进?需要在哪些方面加以改进和修正?这都是本期封面专题力图探究的话题。
China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone is a regional free trade park set up by the Chinese government in Shanghai. Shanghai Free Trade Zone was formally approved by the State Council on August 22, 2013 and was officially launched on September 29. Financial reform is one of the key links in the construction of Shanghai’s free trade zone. The biggest difference between Shanghai Free Trade Zone and other domestic and foreign free trade areas is that Shanghai Free Trade Zone needs financial reform and innovation.
