桥电六期125MW 机组锅炉系上海锅炉厂生产的蒸发量为420t/h 汽包自然循环炉,它的高温再热器管采用美国的新型耐热钢SA213 - T91 与低温段珠光体耐热钢12CrlMoV进行焊接,其焊接难度大,易出现各种缺陷。通过不同3 人横焊、斜焊、吊焊9 种焊接试样的金相分析,结果只有1 人的横焊样熔合线附近有缺陷产生,经过研究分析找出了缺陷产生的原因,即焊工焊接时操作不当,加热温度过高、冷却速度过快等。通过分析确定了这种焊接工艺的可行性和可靠性,为桥电六期的顺利完工提供了保证。
