目的通过对急性阑尾炎单病种成本影响因素的因子分析,找出影响成本的公因子,为控制急性阑尾炎的成本提供依据。方法对某三级综合医院2012年-2013年急性阑尾炎295例,采用因子分析法分析14项成本影响因素。结果手术、疾病临床特征、患者人口特征、药费及材料费是急性阑尾炎病种成本影响因素的公因子。结论合理医疗既能减轻患者看病的负担,又能有效控制病种的成本、提高医院的收益。
Objective To find out the common factors affecting the cost by factor analysis of the influencing factors on the cost of acute appendicitis single disease, and to provide the basis for controlling the cost of acute appendicitis. Methods A total of 295 patients with acute appendicitis in a tertiary general hospital from 2012 to 2013 were analyzed with factor analysis to analyze 14 cost influencing factors. Results Surgery, clinical features, patient demographics, medical expenses and material costs were the common factors influencing the cost of acute appendicitis. Conclusion Reasonable medical treatment can reduce the burden on patients and effectively control the cost of diseases and improve the hospital’s benefits.
