利用实验室自制的阳离子分散松香胶,与碳酸锆铵一起对纸张进行浸渍施胶,利用碳酸锆铵与松香羧基之间的反应,研究碳酸锆铵对阳离子分散松香胶的施胶促进作用。并将碳酸锆铵与硫酸铝一起使用,研究这两者在松香施胶中的相互作用及对松香施胶的影响。其中包括阳离子分散松香胶、硫酸铝、碳酸锆铵加入量、加入比例和施胶pH值对松香施胶性能的影响。结果表明,当阳离子分散松香胶用量与碳酸锆铵用量比为4:1时,可以获得较满意的施胶效果;当硫酸铝与碳酸锆铵共同用于松香施胶时,施胶度随碳酸锆铵用量的增加而降低。
The paper was impregnated with ammonium zirconium carbonate and cation-dispersed rosin gum prepared by laboratory. The reaction between zirconium ammonium carbonate and rosin carboxyl group was used to study the effect of ammonium zirconium carbonate on the sizing promotion of cationic disperse rosin gum. The ammonium zirconium carbonate was used together with aluminum sulphate to study the interaction between the two in rosin sizing and the effect on rosin sizing. Including cationic dispersed rosin, aluminum sulfate, ammonium zirconium carbonate added amount, the proportion of sizing and pH on the rosin sizing performance. The results showed that when the ratio of cationic disperse rosin gum to ammonium zirconium carbonate was 4: 1, a satisfactory sizing effect could be obtained. When aluminum sulphate and ammonium zirconium carbonate were used together for rosin sizing, Zirconium ammonium decreased with increasing dosage.
