我国1998年长江特大洪水与厄尔尼诺有直接关系。厄尔尼诺与拉尼娜现象是海气相互作用失衡的表现,即赤道太平洋海水温度的异常。海水温度的变化是对风场异常的响应.本文从对风场、温度场、大气环流等相关因素分析,指出本次厄尔尼诺是造成我回1998年长江特大洪水的重要原因之一,试想利用西风指数的观测作为我国长期天气预报参考依据
Our 1998 special flood in the Yangtze River is directly related to El Niño. The El Niño and La Niña phenomena are manifestations of an imbalance in the interaction of the sea-air, ie, the anomalies of seawater temperature in the equatorial Pacific. The change in seawater temperature is an anomaly in response to the wind field. This paper analyzes the related factors such as wind field, temperature field and atmospheric circulation and points out that this El Niño is one of the important reasons that caused me to return to the special flood in the Yangtze River in 1998. Imagine using the observation of the westerly index as a reference for long-term weather forecasting in China
