中国科学院技术科学部于9月14日～18日在北京召开了扩大会议。除技术科学部委员外,还邀请了工业部和高等院校的专家学者参加会议。会议中科委、计委和教委的负责同志作了报告。会议的目的是为了充分实现决策的民主化和科学化,广泛听取各方面专家学者们对我国技术科学发展远景及“七五”、“八五”发展规划的意见和建议。会议选择了八个课题作为第一批的调研和提供咨询的对象,计划在一年內提出较高科学性、现实性的研究报告。这里刊登的是部分专家学者在会议上的发言摘要。
Chinese Academy of Sciences Department of Science and Technology in September 14 ~ 18 in Beijing held an enlarged meeting. In addition to members of the Ministry of Science and Technology, experts and scholars from the Ministry of Industry and higher education institutions were also invited to attend the conference. At the meeting, responsible comrades of the CST, the Planning Commission and the Education Commission made a report. The purpose of the conference is to fully democratize and scientifically make decisions and extensively listen to the opinions and suggestions made by experts and scholars from all fields on the prospect of technological development in our country and the development plan for the “75” and “1985” development plans. The meeting selected eight topics as the first batch of research and advice, planning a high-science, realistic research report within one year.
