以硼酸和甘油为起始原料,在75℃条件下反应2.5 h,合成中间体单甘油硼酸酯;再用中间体单甘油硼酸酯与氧化镁在110℃条件下反应3.5 h合成单甘油硼酸酯镁。产品收率达到87.77%。采用红外的表征方法对合成的产物进行分析,利用络合滴定的方法测定镁含量为17.5%。
Using boric acid and glycerol as starting materials, the reaction was carried out at 75 ℃ for 2.5 h to synthesize the intermediate monoglyceride borate. The monoglycerol was also synthesized by reacting the intermediate monoglyceride borate with magnesium oxide at 110 ℃ for 3.5 h Magnesium borate. The product yield reached 87.77%. The synthesized product was analyzed by infrared characterization method. The content of magnesium was determined to be 17.5% by complexometric titration.
