目的探讨不同出生体重及胎龄的新生儿与PKU初筛结果的关系。方法利用荧光法测定滤纸干血斑苯丙氨酸含量。对2012年1月-9月间的新生儿苯丙氨酸初筛数据结合出生体重及胎龄等相关信息进行分组统计分析。结果共筛查标本164 239例,统计有效数据150 609例,低体重组初筛阳性率为0.77%,正常体重组为0.26%,巨大儿组为0.18%,早产儿组为0.48%,足月儿组为0.26%。结论从本文资料所见,早产儿、低体重儿都会影响苯丙氨酸羟化酶活性的一过性减低。
Objective To explore the relationship between the newborns with different birth weight and gestational age and the preliminary results of PKU screening. Methods Fluorescence method was used to determine the content of phenylalanine in dried blood spots of filter paper. The phenylalanine screening data of newborns from January to September in 2012 were grouped and statistically analyzed according to birth weight and gestational age. Results A total of 164,239 specimens were screened, with 150 609 statistical valid data. The positive rate of the low-weight group was 0.77%, the normal weight group was 0.26%, the huge group was 0.18%, the premature group was 0.48% Children were 0.26%. Conclusion From the data in this paper, premature children, low birth weight infants will affect the transient decrease of phenylalanine hydroxylase activity.
