白塞氏病是口、眼、外阴综合征。除有口、外阴溃疡、眼症状与皮肤血管炎、等反应外,有的病人还有发热、神经系统、消化系统等内脏的损害,目前尚无特效疗法。我们从1974年以来,采用以中医药治疗为主,部分病人配合皮质素类激素治疗,收到较好的疗效。现将其有完整病历记载,服用中药至少15时以上的病例,共158例,分析如下:一、一般资料:158例中男38例、女120例,男:女=1:3.16,女多于男。年龄15-40岁者122例、(77.22％),最小年龄16岁,最大年龄77岁。二、中医辨证(一)脾胃虚寒血瘀证白塞氏病人大部属于此型。尤其是慢性长期用激素
