目的探讨对孤独症儿童实施综合康复训练取得的康复效果。方法随机选择该院于2015年5月—2016年9月期间收治的40例孤独症儿童作为对象,对其实施综合性康复训练,对患儿康复效果进行回顾性分析。结果接受训练后,患儿C-PEP量表评估总分为(53.51±10.6)分,显著高于训练前的(17.58±6.39)分,ABC量表、ATEC量表评分显著均显著低于训练前(P<0.05)。结论实施综合性康复训练可促进孤独症患儿的认知、社会交往、语言、运动以及个人-社会行为得到更大程度的改善,提高其生活能力。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation on children with autism. Methods 40 cases of autistic children admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to September 2016 were randomly selected as the target. Comprehensive rehabilitation training was conducted on the children with autism. The retrospective analysis was conducted on the rehabilitation effect of the children. Results After training, the score of C-PEP in children was (53.51 ± 10.6) points, which was significantly higher than that before training (17.58 ± 6.39). ABC scale and ATEC scale were significantly lower than those in training Before (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation training can promote children’s cognition, social interaction, language, exercise and personal-social behaviors to be improved to a greater degree and improve their living ability.
