目的探讨彩色温馨提示卡在降低专家门诊患者询问率中的应用及效果。方法自行设计及制作温馨提示卡,根据患者的就诊专业与要求设置,提示就诊流程,常规检查的地点,减少患者的咨询次数,便于患者就诊,从而提高患者满意度。结果设置温馨提示卡前后患者向医务人员的询问率由95%下降至30%。结论使用温馨提示卡可显著降低患者及家属向医护人员的询问率,患者满意度明显提高。
Objective To explore the application and effect of color warm reminder card in reducing the asking rate of expert outpatients. Methods Design and produce warm reminder cards by themselves, according to the patient’s professional needs and requirements set, suggesting that the flow of treatment, routine examination of the site to reduce the number of patient counseling to facilitate patient visits, thereby enhancing patient satisfaction. Results Before and after setting the reminder card, the inquiry rate to the medical staff dropped from 95% to 30%. Conclusion The use of warm tips card can significantly reduce the rate of inquiry of patients and their families to health care workers, patient satisfaction improved significantly.
