进入二十世纪以后,随着自然科学不断向微观、宏观和高速领域的深入进军,研究对象已经越来越复杂化和抽象化,这就要求自然科学各学科在加强分工的同时,进行更加密切的联系和合作,从而呈现出日益明显的整体化趋势。这是科学发展不断分化和不断综合的对立统一矛盾运动的结果。其主要表现是学科内部各领域和学科外部各学科之间的相互联系和相互渗透的逐渐加强,边缘学科、交叉学科和横断学科的不断涌现,从而使自然科学的各学科日益联结成一个统一发展
After entering the 20th century, with the continuous advancement of the natural sciences into the micro, macro and high-speed fields, the research objects have become more and more complicated and abstract, which requires the disciplines of the natural sciences to be closer together while strengthening the division of labor. The linkages and cooperation have led to an increasingly obvious trend toward integration. This is the result of the ever-differentiated and continuous synthesis of contradictory and unitary contradictions in scientific development. Its main performance is the gradual strengthening of the interrelationship and interpenetration between various disciplines within each discipline and the disciplines outside the discipline. The continuous emergence of marginal disciplines, interdisciplines, and transversal disciplines has led to the increasing integration of disciplines in the natural sciences into a unified development.
