应用“一锅法”合成谷胱甘肽修饰的Cd Te量子点。利用荧光分析法检测量子点溶液中的Hg2+含量,分析得到含有不同浓度Hg2+的谷胱甘肽修饰量子点体系荧光强度与Hg2+浓度具有良好的线性关系。根据这一研究建立了一种利用量子点荧光特性对Hg2+进行测定的简便、快速的检测方法。
Application of “one-pot method” for the synthesis of glutathione-modified CdTe quantum dots. The Hg2 + content in quantum dot solution was detected by fluorescence analysis, and the fluorescence intensity of glutathione-modified quantum dots containing different concentrations of Hg2 + was linearly correlated with the concentration of Hg2 +. Based on this study, a simple and rapid method for the determination of Hg2 + using the fluorescence characteristics of quantum dots has been established.
