目的 初步探讨CT、MR检查在肝纤维化临床诊断中的作用。方法 对 16 8例经肝穿刺活检病理检查证实的肝纤维化患者行CT和 /或MR检查 ,根据肝纤维化炎症活动度分级和纤维化程度分期进行影像资料和相关指标的统计分析。结果 肝左叶和脾脏的大小以及肝表面形态、门静脉侧支血管等的影像学改变 ,随着肝纤维化严重程度的加重而有统计学差异。结论 无创伤性的CT、MR检查是动态观察肝纤维化的病程演进和临床随访的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the role of CT and MR in the clinical diagnosis of liver fibrosis. Methods CT and / or MR examination were performed on 168 cases of liver fibrosis confirmed by liver biopsy and histopathological examination, and statistical analysis of imaging data and related indicators were made according to stages of fibrosis grade and degree of fibrosis. Results The size of liver left lobe and spleen, as well as the morphological changes of the liver surface and the portal vein collateral vessels were statistically different with the severity of liver fibrosis. Conclusion Noninvasive CT and MR examinations are effective methods for dynamically observing the course of liver fibrosis and clinical follow-up.
