新年伊始,交通部于1月10日至13日在北京召开了全国交通工作会议。黄镇东部长作了《认清形势,统一思想,推进交通改革和发展》的讲话。有关司局围绕这个工作报告主题提交会议13份专题材料,还印发全国交通系统先进单位的经验材料23份。会议期间,邹家华副总理到会,召开部份代表座谈会,并作了重要讲话。这次会议,对全国交通系统统一认识,明确任务,搞好今年各项工作具有重要意义。 黄部长在讲话中提出要注意发挥运输行业协会应有的作用。我们认为,这是部对行业协会的重视和支持,向行业协会提出了任务要求,寄予了殷切希望。我们应当认真研究如何发挥港口行业协会的功能作用,紧密结合港口的实际,认真贯彻落实全国交通工作会议精神,推进港口的深化改革和加快发展,更好地适应国民经济发展的需要。 中国港口协会驻会理事长办公会议在听取全国交通工作会议精神的传达后,决定将召开全体常务理事会议讨论作出具体贯彻部署。现在,就我个人的理解认识,谈谈港口行业协会的贯彻意见。
At the beginning of the new year, the Ministry of Communications held a national traffic conference in Beijing from January 10 to January 13. Minister Huang Zhendong made a speech titled “Understanding the Situation, Unifying Thoughts, and Advancing Traffic Reform and Development.” The relevant departmental bureau submitted 13 thematic materials for the conference around the theme of this work report and also issued 23 materials on experience of the advanced units of the national transportation system. During the meeting, Vice Premier Zou Jiahua attended the symposium and held some important speeches. He also made an important speech. This meeting is of great significance to the unified understanding of the national transportation system, a clear task, and a good job in all this year’s work. In his speech, Minister Huang proposed paying due attention to giving due consideration to the role played by the transport trade association. In our opinion, this is a ministry’s emphasis and support to the trade associations, put forward the mission requirements to the trade associations and placed great hopes. We should conscientiously study how to play a functional role of the port trade associations, closely integrate the actual situation in the port, conscientiously implement the spirit of the National Traffic Conference, push forward the deepening of the port reform and acceleration of development, and better meet the needs of national economic development. After listening to the spirit of the National Transportation Conference, the office meeting of the chairman of the China Port Association decided to convene a meeting of all standing directors to discuss and make a concrete plan for its implementation.
