当前,随着两个普遍的推行,建立一支工资集体协商专业指导队伍,已成为提高工资集体协商质量和效果的关键环节。随着工资集体协商工作的深入开展,加强工资集体协商指导员队伍建设越来越重要。那么,我们如何才能使工资集体协商指导员队伍朝着健康的方向发展?一、选聘好指导员,壮大工资集体协商队伍。开展工资集体协商是一项涉及面广、推进难度大的工作。建立健全一支高素质的工资集体协商指导员队伍,是提升工资集体协商的质量与水平,扩大工资集体协商影响力的关键。工会要按照工资集体协商指导员的标准,严格把握进入门槛,切实规范选聘程序,建立起规范化的面向社会公开招聘集体协商指导员的工作制度,吸纳更多的专业人才加入集体协商指导员队伍。在逐步壮大集体协商指导员队伍规模的同时,确保集体协商指导员的能力水平不断提高,从而尽可能满足开展工资集体协商工作的需要。
At present, with the two universal implementation, setting up a contingent of professional collectives for collective wage negotiations has become a key link in improving the quality and effectiveness of wage collective bargaining. As the collective bargaining work progresses in depth, it is more and more important to strengthen the construction of an instructor team for wage collective bargaining. So, how can we make the collective bargaining instructor team toward a healthy direction? First, the selection of good instructors, broaden the wage collective bargaining team. Collective wage negotiations are a wide range of work, difficult to promote the work. The establishment and improvement of a contingent of high-quality collective bargaining instructors is the key to enhancing the quality and level of bargaining collective bargaining and expanding the influence of wage collective bargaining. Trade unions shall, in accordance with the standards of wage collective consultation counselors, strictly grasp the barriers to entry, earnestly standardize their selection procedures and establish a standardized work system for public consultation of collective bargaining instructors in the society, and attract more professionals to join the ranks of collective bargaining instructors. While gradually enlarging the size of the team of collective consultation instructors, we should ensure that the collective consultation facilitators' capabilities are continuously improved so as to meet the needs of wage collective bargaining as far as possible.
