The construction of reinforced concrete circular-arc stairs in industrial and civil buildings has always been a major problem in civil engineering because the structural quality of the stairs mainly depends on the quality of the formwork. At present, the arc-shaped staircase support mold generally adopts full-foot lofting and gradually agglutinates and prepares wooden molds, which is time-consuming and wood-consuming. The vast majority of wood molds that are sawed as irregular when removing the formwork are difficult to be used for other purposes, resulting in great loss of wood. In particular, it is difficult to control the elevation between each step and the size of the rotating geometry. In order to solve the problem of molding of circular-arc staircases, we developed a new study for the construction of circular-arc reinforced concrete stairs in the nursery of East Block of Zhangtang Village, Shanghai.
