心绞痛和心肌梗塞:冠心病患者因劳累或情绪激动,可发生胸骨后剧烈疼痛,有时疼痛放射到左上肢和左手内侧、多为心绞痛发作。这时应坐下取半卧位,立即舌下含服硝酸甘油1片,一般1～2分钟即可生效。如果含药后疼痛无明显改善,间隔5～10分钟可重复使用。若疼痛较以往严重,持续时间长,硝酸甘油治疗效果大不如前,则可能发生心肌梗塞。这时,病人应立即卧床保持安静,可给予口服镇静剂(如安定),舌下含硝酸甘油1～2片,家中有条件的可以给氧气吸入,并紧急呼叫救护车送医院抢救。若心跳呼吸骤停,则应争分夺秒进行心肺复苏。
