行政现代化建设需要确立正确的价值观导向,义利观是不可缺少的内容。构建现代行政价值观,离不开对传统义利观的批判性继承。先秦诸子提出了几种代表性的义利观,研究其现代价值成为当务之急。其中,兵家孙子的思想提供了珍贵的文化资源。当代人肩负着创新民族文化的重任,应积极阐释传统文化,为行政价值观建设提供有益的启示。
The administrative modernization needs to establish the correct values orientation, the concept of righteousness and benefit is an indispensable content. The construction of modern administrative values can not be separated from the critical inheritance of the traditional concept of righteousness and benefit. The pre-Qin philosophers put forward several representative concepts of righteousness and benefit, and studying their modern values has become a top priority. Among them, the military’s grandson’s thought provides precious cultural resources. Contemporary people shoulder the important task of innovating national culture, and should actively interpret traditional culture and provide beneficial enlightenment for the construction of administrative values.
