机构型综合是机械运动系统概念设计中比较常见并且相当重要的问题,但在概念设计阶段由于设计者对设计对象了解不够全面深入,机构选型中的可用性知识和适用性知识难以具体化,而是以隐式的方式体现在设计过程中。本文利用粗集理论方法,通过对机构选型的样例进行归纳学习,得出其内在的分类方法,并将其转换成显式的选型规则知识,以用于产生新的设计方案。另外,本文通过引入学习质量评价因子κ的概念,对学习质量提供了一个评价准则并举例说明方法的有效性。
Institutional synthesis is a relatively common and quite important issue in the conceptual design of a mechanical motion system. However, due to the designer’s incomplete understanding of the design object in the conceptual design stage, it is difficult to specify the usability and applicability knowledge in the mechanism selection. Implicitly reflected in the design process. In this paper, we use the rough set theory method to summarize the examples of mechanism selection, derive its intrinsic classification method, and convert it into an explicit knowledge of selection rules to generate new design solutions. In addition, by introducing the concept of learning quality evaluation factor k, this paper provides an evaluation criterion for learning quality and gives an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
