目的 了解老年糖尿病患者的精神状况、个性特征、生活事件及获得的社会支持情况。方法 对 58例老年糖尿病患者及 60例正常老年人进行问卷调查。结果 老年糖尿病患者具有较多的心理社会因素 ,其精神症状、神经质、生活事件均高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ,社会支持评分低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 糖尿病患者存在较多的心身健康问题 ,对患者在给予药物治疗的同时 ,应给予适当的心理治疗
Objective To understand the mental status, personality characteristics, life events and social support of elderly diabetic patients. Methods 58 elderly diabetic patients and 60 normal elderly were surveyed. Results The elderly diabetic patients had more psychosocial factors. Their psychotic symptoms, neuroticism and life events were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The social support scores were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion There are more psychosomatic health problems in patients with diabetes mellitus, and patients should be given proper psychological treatment
