简要介绍2007~2010年笔者在意大利摩德纳-雷焦·艾米利亚大学参加“劳动关系”博士项目求学经历,指出欧陆大陆法系国家的劳动学科学者更多注重其具体研究对象,以具体遇到的实际劳动问题为问题意识和研究为导向,并结合欧盟提出的高教改革“博洛尼亚宣言”内容探讨了国际高等教育界研究生(尤其是博士生)培养理念的转变及其在意大利摩德纳-雷焦·艾米利亚大学参加“劳动关系”博士项目上的初步实践。最后总结,在全球化和网络化的今天,传统的博士生项目承载了比以往更多的历史责任和社会责任。坐而论道的博士生学术培养也应该关注一下当下社会发展中的种种问题,并以社会现实问题为导向做一番研究。
