该文使用多聚磷酸(PPA)、橡胶粉(CR)和基质沥青制备PPA&橡胶粉复合改性沥青,为研究PPA&橡胶粉复合改性沥青的性能进行了常规性能试验、动态剪切流变试验(DSR)、旋转薄膜加热试验(RTFOT)和存储性试验,对不同掺量及老化前后的沥青性能进行分析。结果表明:PPA和橡胶粉都能够提高沥青的高温性能,橡胶粉对沥青的低温性能有一定改善作用;橡胶粉掺量越高,抗老化性能越差,而PPA能够提高沥青的抗老性能;改性沥青的存储稳定性随着橡胶粉掺量的增加而降低,PPA对沥青的存储稳定性几乎没有影响。
In this paper, PPA, rubber powder (CR) and matrix asphalt were used to prepare PPA & rubber powder modified bitumen. The properties of PPA & rubber powder modified bitumen were studied. The dynamic shear rheological tests (DSR), Rotating Film Heating Test (RTFOT) and storage test, the asphalt properties before and after aging were analyzed. The results show that both PPA and rubber powder can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt, and rubber powder can improve the low temperature performance of asphalt. The higher the rubber powder content, the worse the anti-aging performance, while the PPA can improve the anti-aging performance of asphalt. The storage stability of modified bitumen decreased with the increase of rubber powder content, PPA had almost no effect on the storage stability of bitumen.
