以两系杂交籼稻云两优144的亲本为研究对象,在云南水富不同海拔条件下分期播种,明确母本2301S的育性转换规律和父母本的主要性状和生育进程。通过分析双亲在不同海拔条件下的播始历期、主茎叶片数、自交不实率(结实事)等主要性状和生育进程差异,建立了云两优144双亲主要性状回归方程,为云两优144在当地不同海拔条件下梯田制种提供技术指导,同时也为两系杂交稻在低纬高原区域高纯高产制种提供技术参考。
The parents of two-line indica hybrid rice Yunlianyou 144 were planted at different elevations in Yunfu, Yunnan. The fertility transformation of female parent 2301S and the main characters and growth process of parents were clarified. The regression equation of the main traits of Yunliangyou 144 parents was established by analyzing the main traits such as sowing date, the number of main stem leaves, the number of main stems in different altitude, Yunliangyou 144 provided technical guidance for terraced rice production at different local elevations, and provided technical reference for high-yielding and high-yielding seed production of two-line hybrid rice in the low latitude plateau.
