结合宝钢铁水预脱硫的生产实践,分析了宝钢现行6类铁水脱硫模式的生产效果、粉剂消耗、生产工艺组织及经济效益情况。结果表明,铁水脱硫模式的选择必须充分考虑原料条件、工艺总图布置、铁钢对应程度、处理目标要求、处理综合成本等要素。宝钢目前采用的铁水包脱硫模式,具有处理时间短、粉剂消耗低、处理后硫低、综合处理成本最优特点,是值得推广和普遍采用的高效脱硫技术。
According to the production practice of hot metal pre-desulfurization in Baosteel, the production efficiency, the consumption of powder, the production process and the economic benefits of the current 6 hot metal desulphurization modes in Baosteel are analyzed. The results show that the choice of hot metal desulfurization mode must take full account of the raw material conditions, the total process layout, the corresponding level of iron and steel, processing objectives and requirements, the cost of processing and other elements. Baosteel currently adopts hot metal desulphurization mode, which has the advantages of short processing time, low consumption of powder, low sulfur after treatment, and optimal cost of comprehensive treatment. It is worth promoting and commonly used high-efficiency desulphurization technology.
