我国目前不少企业的内控水平还停留在内部牵制阶段,有的企业甚至连内部牵制工作都没有做好,在内部控制方面还有许多漏洞。,本文对这一问题进行了粗浅的分析,供有关方面参考。
At present, the internal control level of many Chinese enterprises still stays in the internal containment stage. Some enterprises have not even done a good job of internal containment and there are many loopholes in internal control. This article has conducted a superficial analysis of this issue for reference by relevant parties.
