目的了解北海市市售干沙虫有毒有害物质的污染状况。方法对北海市4个主要养殖产区和1个具有代表性的品牌的43份干沙虫样品进行了重金属、农药残留、微生物等项目的检测,并参照有关标准做出安全评价。结果除多氯联苯、农药残留和致病菌未检出外,部分样品的铬和菌落总数以及个别样品的挥发性盐基氮有不同程度的超标,其中铬的超标率为100%,组胺和其他重金属元素在所有样品中均有检出但未超过参考标准的限量。结论北海市干沙虫的卫生质量状况总体较好,但铬和菌落总数仍有不同程度超标,应对干沙虫作进一步的安全风险评估并建立相应的产品质量标准予以管理和规范。
Objective To understand the pollution status of poisonous and harmful substances in dry sand worms in Beihai City. Methods Heavy metals, pesticide residues, microorganisms and other items were detected in 4 main culture areas of Beihai and 43 samples of a representative brand of dry larvae. Safety evaluation was made according to relevant standards. Results Except PCBs, pesticide residues and pathogens were not detected, the total number of chromium and colony in some samples and the volatile basic nitrogen of individual samples exceeded the standard, of which the exceeding standard rate of chromium was 100% Amines and other heavy metal elements were detected in all samples but did not exceed the reference standard. Conclusion The quality of the dry sandworm in Beihai is generally good, but the total number of chromium and the colony still exceed the standard. The safety risk assessment of dry sandworm should be carried out and corresponding product quality standards should be established to manage and standardize.
