1997年1月至1998年3月,我科使用海南省海灵制药厂生产的药物半合成第三代头孢类抗菌素泰得欣治疗下呼吸道感染100例,进行疗效观察,取得较好的临床效果,现报告如下:1 资料与方法1.1 病例选择 观察对象全部为住院患者,男57例,女43例,年龄29～81岁,平均60.2岁。其中慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作24例,支气管扩张症9例,慢性阻塞性肺病10例,肺炎34例,原发性肺脓肿5例,
