一、引 言 镁素是叶绿素的重要组成部分,并直接参与光合作用及植物体中磷的代谢,在磷酸盐的转运上起重要作用,农业科学已肯定镁是作物的第五个必需元素,也是胶树必不可少的一个重要营养元素,镁素的亏缺将影响胶树的生长和产胶,严重时还会引起生理病变,特别是导致叶片退绿,发黄、焦枯、落叶等缺素病。 二、研究方法 为了探讨解决橡胶树缺镁症及其防治措施,我们于1978—1980年在福建垦区胶园进行为期三年的调查,在有关植胶场的协助下,先后在诏安县建设、红星、金星农场、云霄县和平农场,漳浦县大南极农场,平和县安厚农场、坂仔橡胶场及本所试验场等主要植胶场,调查有代表性林段132个,共采集叶片样本130个,土壤样本143个,进行了室内化学分析测定。并于1981—1983年在平和
