“ICE大会没有中国参加就是一种缺失。”美国培训与发展协会(ASTD)国际业务高级经理Erum Khan在接受采访时说。作为企业培训和绩效评估领域的最大职业协会,ASTD在100多个国家拥有15000多名会员。每年,ASTD都会召开ICE大会,根据自己的研究分析、会员和研讨会、展览、公开课、出版物以及合作联盟的研究成果与实践经验,对外提供信息、调查结果、分析报告和应用数据。值得一提的是,本次大会实现的历史性突破是,有了来自中国内地的代表团参加。中国经营报社《商学院》杂志作为唯一一家中国媒体应邀参与了此次活动。大会以“Unlock the Knowledge”(开启知识的大门)为主题,就有关多元化时代的热门话题和人力资源发展趋势,共进行240多场演讲,分属九大领域:职业规划
“The absence of China at the ICE Conference is a flaw.” Erum Khan, senior manager of International Business, Association for Training and Development (ASTD), said in an interview. As the largest professional association in business training and performance appraisal, ASTD has more than 15,000 members in more than 100 countries. Each year, ASTD convenes an ICE Conference to provide information, findings, analysis reports and application data based on research and analysis, research results and practical experience of members and seminars, exhibitions, open classes, publications and alliances. It is worth mentioning that the historic breakthrough achieved by this conference was that a delegation from the mainland of China participated. China Business newspaper “Business School” magazine as the only Chinese media was invited to participate in this event.
